Cancellation Policy:

You may cancel your recurring subscription at anytime and your cancellation will take effect from the first day of the next month. Unused time for the month in which you requested cancellation will not be refunded. (for example, if you cancel subscription on May 15, 2005 we will stop the service on June 01, 2005. Your payment for May will be charged in full.) Cancelation must be done through e-mail request sent to info@stockpicks-online.com or our contact area.

Termination Policy:

StockPicks-Online.com reserves the right to expel Users and prevent further access to the StockPicks-Online.com site or cancel membership in StockPicks-Online.com without refund, for violating this Agreement or the law, and to remove Users that are illegal, abusive or disruptive.
